Development
PharmaPac has a full development staff, ready to meet our customers’ needs.
We excel in developing:
- Cream and semi-solid “over the counter” topical pharmaceutical products
- Liquid “over the counter” topical pharmaceutical products
- Cream and semi-solid prescription (Rx) topical pharmaceutical products
- Liquid and suspension Rx prescription (Rx) orally ingested products
PharmaPac also offers custom designed unit-dose packaging solutions for our customers solid dose re-packaging needs.
 Manufacturing
With a wide range of vessels ranging from 50 gallon to 1000 gallon capabilities and multiple manufacturing/compounding suites allows for flexibility in scaling batch sizes to best suit our customers needs.
Packaging
 PharmaPac currently operates two blister packaging lines with full downstream cartoning and packaging capabilities.
PharmaPac has six packaging lines including bottle and tube filling equipment, capping, labeling, cartoning, coding, shrink-wrapping, and packing equipment.
Quality
PharmaPac operates a complete analytical laboratory within their complex. This laboratory has two departments, microbiology and chemistry (wet and dry).
PharmaPac performs, on site, a complete range of raw material and product testing.
PharmaPac is registered with the FDA and DEA for Schedule III — V products.
